The #ThirdEyeChakra is also called the #AjnaChakra. It has also been referred to as the Inner Eye Chakra or the Eye of Wisdom. It's associated with the colour indigo and is located one finger above the nose in the center of the forehead. It's associated with all senses, including extrasensory perception. A partly opened third eye can still function harmoniously.

The third eye chakra allows us to perceive the inner and outer worlds harmoniously. This manifests as imagination, intuition, knowledge of being, development of awareness, openness, perception, inner senses, mental powers, and manifestation. It’s one of the more spiritual rather than physical chakras. This chakra helps with awareness of all levels of being. Consciousness mirrors the Divine, rather than being bound by rational thought. Manifestation is also possible through a harmoniously functioning Third Eye Chakra.
A misaligned Third Eye Chakra leads to relying on the rational mind or using the influence of the mind to control events or other people for personal benefit rather than the overall good.
Emotional patterns unresolved can lead to false perceptions of reality by integrating imagination-based perceptions instead of reality-based perceptions.
I am open to growth. I am open to new experiences and energies. I trust and follow my intuition, always. I am in alignment with my true self. I trust that my highest good is unfolding.
Find a comfortable seat, cross-legged or sitting in a chair.
Take a few calming, balancing breaths to settle into yourself.
Think of your favourite place or a place where you felt happy, comfortable, and free to be your full self.
Allow yourself to drift back to that space. Dwell in the sensations and the emotions that you experienced there. Feel it fully as if you are still there now.
Then allow yourself to leave your body (don't worry- it will be safe when you return) and view the scene from above.
Your body is just a small part of a beautiful, happy place.
See your warm emotions and feelings spreading, expanding, and running through the surroundings and any other people there as well.
Fill that space with your love and joy.
Then allow your perspective to take another step back and see a greater space around your body.
Slowly fill all of it with your love and beautiful positive emotions. Keep going further and further back until you can see the whole world or even the universe and fill it all with your beautiful love and light.
When you have spread as much goodness and positivity as you can, allow yourself to return to your body.
Slowly start to bring yourself back to the Here Now space.
Returning you breathe back to its natural rhythm.
